General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
for the demo online shop of Muster & Co. GmbH, Stubenring 11, 1160 Vienna
1 Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the demo online shop of Muster & Co. GmbH, Stubenring 11, 1160 Vienna, between Muster & Co. GmbH (hereinafter referred to as ‘Seller’) and the customer.

The purchase contract is concluded with Muster & Co. GmbH, Stubenring 11, 1160 Vienna, Austria.
3 Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the demo online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but serves as a non-binding presentation. By clicking on the ‘Order’ button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping basket. The contract is only concluded when the seller sends an order confirmation by e-mail.
4 Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted in the demo online shop are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately in the order process and are to be borne by the customer.
5. terms of payment
The customer has the option of using the payment methods offered in the demo online shop. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due for payment immediately after conclusion of the contract.
6 Delivery
The goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the ordering process. If delivery is not possible due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events, the customer will be informed immediately.
7. right of cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party nominated by the customer takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform the seller in writing of his decision to cancel the contract.
8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to subsequent fulfilment (repair or replacement). If the subsequent fulfilment fails, the customer can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
9 Liability
Muster & Co. GmbH shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. The seller shall only be liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation. The liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
10 Data protection
The customer's personal data required for business transactions are collected, stored and processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
11 Applicable law
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the registered office of the seller.
